Built in Newcastle · 7 metros
Solar and battery leads that answer the phone.
$150.00 a qualified lead. $300.00 for an appointment the homeowner actually attends. One partner per lead, 5 per metro, and no commission on anything you sell.
- Paid in advance — no monthly fee, no minimum term, no lock-in
- Unusable leads replaced on six named grounds, inside 7 days
- Nothing delivered in 30 days? Your money back, in full
The CRM comes with the leads
No extra fee, and no second system to keep in step with this one.
- Your leads, as a board or a list. One panel walks a lead from the first call to the reported sale, with every attempt and every note against it.
- The five-minute clock, on every lead. When the first call is due, whether it was made, and how late it was. The same record a replacement request is judged on.
- Replacements, by the six grounds. You pick the ground, the screen tells you whether it applies. A lead called late cannot be claimed as unreachable, and you find that out before you write the request.
- Appointments and a calendar. Yours and your reps', plus the pre-visit photo link to send the homeowner so the roof, the switchboard and the bill are there before you are.
- Billing you can check. Invoices, what is overdue, the interest that has accrued, and what is owed back to you.

Two things you can buy
A lead is an enquiry. An appointment is an enquiry we have qualified by phone, booked into your calendar, and which the homeowner turned up to. They are priced differently because they are different amounts of work — ours and yours.

How it works
We advertise, and we qualify
Our own campaigns, under our own consumer brand — not a list bought from somewhere else and resold. Every homeowner is screened before anything reaches you, and their consent to be contacted is recorded with its wording and its time.
Clause 1.1, 10.2
You call inside five minutes
Within five minutes during the hours you set in the platform, or by 10am the next working day for anything that lands after them. Three attempts across two different days before a lead is treated as uncontactable. The platform times all of it, and those records are what a replacement request is assessed against.
Clause 4.1–4.3
Unusable leads are replaced
Six grounds, seven days to ask, capped at a fifth of the pack. A lead you called late cannot be claimed as unreachable — that is in the agreement, and the screen tells you before you ask rather than after.
Clause 4.4, 5.1–5.3
What gets replaced, and what does not
Ask in the platform within 7 days, with the reason. Replacements are capped at a fifth of the pack. Both lists are clause 5, and both are on this page on purpose.
We replace it
- The number is invalid, disconnected, or belongs to somebody else.
- The property is outside the service area you set.
- They are a tenant, or not a decision maker for the property.
- The property already has solar, and the enquiry was for solar.
- We sent you the same homeowner within the previous 90 days.
- They deny having made the enquiry.
We do not
- They did not answer.
- They changed their mind.
- They went with someone else.
- Your price was too high.
- The sale did not close.
And one that catches people out: a lead whose first call was made later than clause 4.1 allows cannot be replaced on the ground that they could not be reached. The platform shows you that before you write the request.
The CRM is included
Not an upsell and not a second subscription. Every partner gets the same platform we deliver the leads into.

Where we sell
7 metropolitan areas, 5 active partners in each at most, leads allocated in rotation. When an area is full we stop selling in it rather than adding a sixth partner — which is the only version of exclusivity that survives contact with a sales target.
- Sydney NSW
- Newcastle & Hunter NSW
- Central Coast NSW
- Brisbane & Gold Coast QLD
- Melbourne VIC
- Perth WA
- Adelaide SA
Somewhere else? We open an area when there is enough demand in it to feed five installers, not before — and we would rather say that than take your money for a postcode we cannot fill.
Questions installers ask
- Where do the leads come from?
- Our own advertising, to homeowners, under our own consumer brand. We run the campaigns, we answer the enquiries and we qualify them. Nothing here is bought from a lead broker and resold to you, and the same enquiry is never sold twice.
- What does exclusive actually mean?
- A lead goes to one partner. Not to three of you at once, and not to us and then to somebody else next week. We also cap each metropolitan area at five active partners and rotate leads between them, so the area does not get carved up by whoever pays most. That is clauses 7.1 and 7.2, and it is the reason we stop selling in an area rather than adding a sixth.
- What counts as a qualified appointment?
- One we have qualified by phone, booked into your calendar, and which the homeowner attended. If they do not turn up, or move it before it happens, it has not been delivered — you report it in the platform within 48 hours and we supply another at no charge. If you are the one who does not attend, or you cancel inside 24 hours, it counts.
- Is it a phone appointment or an in-home one?
- Whichever you set. We book into the calendar and the working hours you keep in the platform, for the kind of appointment you have told us you run. Tell us you only want in-home visits inside 40 minutes of your yard and that is what gets booked.
- How fast do they arrive, and how many?
- We expect 5 to 15 leads, or 3 to 8 appointments, in a week. That is an expectation from campaign performance and your service area — not a commitment, and we would rather write that down than imply a rate we cannot hold every week. What is a commitment: the whole pack inside 90 days, a full refund if we have delivered nothing at all after 30, and the remainder refunded at the price you paid.
- How do I pay, and is there a monthly fee?
- Packs and batches are invoiced when you order and paid by bank transfer before delivery starts. No monthly fee, no minimum term, no commission on anything you sell. An invoice left unpaid past its due date accrues 18% a year, simple, counted daily — and that is the only late charge there is.
- Are the prices plus GST?
- Prices are exclusive of GST. Our GST registration is being confirmed on ABN Lookup: until it is, no GST is charged on these fees. If it is confirmed, GST is payable in addition and you get a tax invoice for it. We would rather say that plainly than put a number on the page we have to correct.
- Who owns the homeowner's details?
- From the moment a lead is delivered, you hold that person's information in your own right and you are responsible for it — including if they ask you to show it to them, correct it or delete it. You use it for the enquiry it was supplied for and the sale that follows, and you do not pass it on to anybody else. We may ring the homeowner after an appointment as a quality check.
- Can I stop?
- Fourteen days written notice, either of us, at any time. There is no minimum term. Anything you have already paid for is either delivered or refunded at the price you paid.
- Who is behind this?
- Scalesun is a sole trader business run from Newcastle, New South Wales, and the entity and ABN are in the footer of every page and at the top of the agreement. We are not an installer: we do not quote, design, sell or install anything, and every contract for the work is between you and the homeowner.
