  3. Unusable leads are replaced

    Six grounds, seven days to ask, capped at a fifth of the pack. A lead you called late cannot be claimed as unreachable — that is in the agreement, and the screen tells you before you ask rather than after.

Exclusivity, in this area specifically

A lead from Adelaide goes to one partner — not to three of you, and not resold next week. The area is capped at 5 active partners and leads are allocated between them in rotation. When it is full we stop selling here.

And if one is unusable

  • The number is invalid, disconnected, or belongs to somebody else.
  • The property is outside the service area you set.

  • They deny having made the enquiry.
