Two products, both paid in advance, both sold whole. No monthly fee, no minimum term, and no commission on anything you sell.

Direct leads

$150.00 a lead

A homeowner enquiry we have qualified, delivered as it arrives. It lands in your CRM with a deadline on it.

Qualified appointments

$300.00 an appointment

An enquiry we have qualified by phone and booked into your calendar — in home, by phone or by video, as you prefer.

  • 10 appointments$3,000.00

Prices exclude GST. Lauris Mesnil (sole trader), ABN 66 871 546 794, is not charging GST on these fees while the registration is being confirmed on ABN Lookup — [GST STATUS TO FOLLOW]. If it is registered, GST is added and a tax invoice issued.

In both, at no extra cost

  • Replacement of unusable leads

    Six grounds, seven days to tell us, up to a fifth of the pack. The full list is on the how it works page.

  • The CRM

    Every lead with its stage, its appointment, the calls you logged and the deadline the agreement sets. Your salespeople get their own logins.

  • One installer per lead

    We do not sell the same enquiry twice, and we keep to five active partners per metro.

  • Nothing on your sales

    We ask what happened to a lead because it tells us what to advertise. Nothing is ever charged on a sale.

Paying, and getting your money back

How you pay

Bank transfer, in advance. You order in the platform, we issue the invoice, and delivery starts when the payment reaches us.

If we deliver nothing

Nothing at all within 30 days of payment and the whole pack is refunded. Anything undelivered after 90 days is refunded at the price you paid.

If you pay late

Interest at 18 % a year on what is overdue, counted by the day, and we may hold delivery until it is paid. There is no late fee of any kind.

The price list is part of the agreement
