These terms cover this website. They are not the agreement you sign to buy leads or appointments: that is the Lead Supply Agreement, which you sign before your account is activated and which governs prices, delivery, replacements, refunds and everything else between us.
This website
The pages here describe what we sell and how it works. They are an invitation to talk, not an offer that can be accepted, and nothing on them creates a contract.
Figures shown here — the price of a lead or an appointment, the replacement grounds, the number of partners per metro — are our current terms and can change. What binds us is what your signed agreement says.
Your account
Access to the platform is for the people in your business you invite. Keep your passwords to yourself, use a second factor where we ask for one, and tell us at once if you think someone else has got in.
Leads and homeowner details reached through the platform are covered by the agreement: they are for the enquiry they were given to you for, and for nothing else.
Our content
The text, images, design and the platform itself belong to us. You may not copy them, scrape this site, or use them to build a competing service.
Availability
We work to keep the platform up, but this website is provided as it is. Nothing here excludes a right you have under the Australian Consumer Law where it cannot be excluded.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of New South Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction — the same law as the Appointment Setting Agreement.
