How it works
We advertise to homeowners under our own consumer brand, qualify what comes in, and give each enquiry to one installer. You call it fast, you quote it, and you keep everything you sell.
1. We advertise and qualify
Our own campaigns, our own brand, our own spend. Every enquiry is checked before it reaches you: the homeowner's name and phone number, the address, what they are asking for, and whether they are the person who decides. What fails the check is not sold to anybody.
2. It lands in your CRM
The lead appears in your CRM with the homeowner's details and a deadline on it. Inside the working hours you have set, that deadline is five minutes from delivery; outside them, 10am on your next working day.
3. You call, and you close
Log each attempt as you make it. There is no commission on the sale: what you invoice the homeowner is yours, and we never hear the number unless you tell us.
Five minutes is the whole deal
A homeowner who has just asked for a quote is waiting by the phone. An hour later they are back at work, and by the evening two other companies have called them. That is why the agreement asks for the first attempt within five minutes of delivery during your stated hours, and by 10am the next working day for anything that lands at night or at the weekend.
The platform stamps the moment a lead is delivered and the moment of each attempt you log. Those timestamps are what a replacement claim is judged against, and they are yours to see on the lead. Before treating a homeowner as uncontactable, the agreement asks for three attempts across two different days, at different times.
Unusable leads are replaced
Tell us within seven days, with what you found, and we replace the lead at no charge on any of these grounds. Up to a fifth of a pack can be replaced.
- The number is invalid, disconnected, or belongs to somebody else.
- The property is outside the service area you set.
- The homeowner is a tenant, or is not the decision maker.
- The property already has solar, where the enquiry was for solar.
- We sent you the same homeowner within the last 90 days.
- The homeowner denies having made the enquiry.
What is not a ground: they did not answer, they changed their mind, they went with somebody else, your price was too high, or the sale did not close. And one condition attaches to the first ground — a lead you did not call in the time above cannot be replaced for being unreachable. Every other ground still applies to it.
Pace, and what happens if we are slow
What to expect
Five to fifteen leads, or three to eight appointments, a week. That is what our campaigns do today in an average area — an expectation, not a promise, and your area and capacity move it.
The outer limit
A pack or batch is delivered in full within 90 days of payment. If you tell us you have no capacity, or we cannot reach you, that clock is extended day for day — extended, not stopped: the leads you already have stay yours.
An appointment nobody attends
It was never delivered: it does not count against your batch and we send another, at no charge. Tell us within 48 hours of the appointment, while we can still ring the homeowner.
If nothing arrives
Nothing at all in the first 30 days and you can ask for the whole pack back, in money. Anything still undelivered at the end of the 90 days is refunded at the price you paid.
One lead, one installer
We do not sell the same enquiry twice, and we contract with at most five active partners in a metropolitan area, taking turns between them. A homeowner is of course free to ring anybody else themselves — what we promise is that we did not send them.
What we never do
- No commission on what you sell, whatever the job is worth.
- No monthly fee and no minimum term: you buy a pack at a time.
- No selling your leads on. Each one is yours, for the enquiry it was sent for.
